Don't worry though, it's not the end of the world! In Florida, you can either replace a lost driver's license online through the FLHSMV website, or you could do it in person at a local DMV office. Of course, you'll need to provide some proof of identity (something like your Social Security number ought to help), and you'll also have to pay the replacement fee.
Last I checked, a replacement driver's license in Florida is about $25 (might want to check with your local DMV office to see if this price hasn't changed). Now, if your driver's license was stolen instead of lost, I'd definitely recommend reporting it to the police first before going to the DMV. You should bring the police report to the DMV, too.
